To ensure reliable use of the t:connect mobile app, we recommend that you do not use the Screen Zoom feature on your smartphone.
Using the Screen Zoom feature, which magnifies the screen on your smartphone, could make parts of the t:connect mobile app unreadable. Additionally, some of the features of the app may not work as expected.
iPhone
If Zoom Mode is turned on, follow these steps to turn it off:
- Go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom, then turn the toggle to the “off” position
Android
If Screen Zoom is turned on, follow these steps to turn it off:
- Go to Settings > Display >Screen Zoom
- Drag the Screen Zoom bar to the left to turn magnification off
