When the Power Saving Mode is on, your smartphone battery will last longer before you need to charge it, but some features of the t:connect mobile app may not work as expected.
It is recommended that you do not use the Power Saving Mode on your smartphone while running the t:connect mobile app.
iPhone
If prompted to use Low Power Mode on your iPhone, select “No.”
If Low Power Mode is turned on, you can turn it off by following these steps:
- Go to Settings > Battery
- Set the Low Power Mode toggle to the “Off” position
Android
To disable Power Saving Mode, go to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery. On this screen, tap Power Saving Mode and make sure that all the toggles are off.
