I Can’t Access My Phone

If you are unable to access the smartphone that is paired to the insulin pump — either because it is lost, broken, or otherwise unavailable — you can securely pair your pump with the t:connect mobile app on another smartphone after you unpair the original smartphone from your pump.  

The unpairing process can be done from the pump.
