If the Auto-Off Alert is turned on in your pump, it may cause you to receive an Auto Off Alert and/or Alarm when you are not expecting it — which will stop all insulin delivery.
If you have Auto-Off turned on, tapping 1-2-3 to unlock your pump will reset the Auto-Off timer to avoid receiving this alert.
An interaction with the t:connect mobile app does not count as an interaction with the insulin pump.
To view your Auto-Off Alert setting, from the Home screen:
- Tap Options
- Tap My Pump
- Tap Alerts & Reminders
- Tap Pump Alerts
- Tap Auto-Off
Note: it is always recommended that you consult with your healthcare provider before making any settings adjustments.
To turn Auto-Off off, tap the green toggle next to Auto-Off.
Tap the to confirm that you want to turn Auto-Off off.
Tap the in the top-right corner of your screen to continue to the next screen.
Finally, tap the in the top right corner of your screen to save your changes.
