Do I have all the same options to bolus from my smartphone as my pump?
The bolus via smartphone feature in the t:connect mobile app allows you to initiate boluses to cover carbohydrate intake (food bolus), or to bring your glucose back to target (correction bolus).
Note that an extended food bolus and/or quick bolus cannot be requested via the t:connect mobile app and need to be requested directly on your pump.
How can I tell if a bolus was initiated from my pump or my t:connect mobile app?
On your pump you will be able to see the difference between a bolus initiated from your pump (PB) and your t:connect mobile app (RB). Go to options > Down Arrow > History > Pump History to locate this information.
