I’m seeing a message that says, “We are verifying your email address with our records” when trying to log into the Portal. What does that mean?

You might see this message if the email address you used to sign into the Portal does not match the email address we have on file for you. Sometimes, this can be resolved by signing out of your Portal account, then signing back in. If you receive this message again after signing out and signing back in, you will need to Contact Us so that we can update your email address on file to match your Portal account email address. 

 

Tip: If you receive email notifications from Tandem, please use that email address to sign into the Portal.
