Calibration Error

If your pump is displaying a Calibration Error screen, this means that the sensor cannot calibrate.  If you have not already entered a calibration (fingerstick reading) between 20-600 mg/dL (1.1-33.3 mmol/L), please do so and wait 15 minutes. If the error screen still appears, enter 1 more BG value and wait an additional 15 minutes.

If no sensor glucose readings appear after calibrating twice, you will need to replace your sensor. You may submit a service request using this form.

Please note: The G6 system is contraindicated for acetaminophen (paracetamol) amounts over 1,000 mg over the course of 6 hours. The length of time that acetaminophen (paracetamol) affects the system's performance is based on dosage and length of time since dose. Please wait approximately 6 hours for the drug to get out of your system, prior to entering another fingerstick reading. Please rely on BG meter during this time.
