The t500 error may appear when the mobile app cannot pair with the pump.
Helpful Tips:
- Ensure that you are logging into the mobile app using your existing t:connect account credentials.
- If you are unsure of what email address your pump is associated with, you can click on the “Forgot Email” button from the sign in page.
- If the issue persists, uninstall, then re-install the t:connect mobile app.
