I have new insurance coverage. How can I provide this information to Tandem?

Updating us when you have a change in insurance coverage will streamline the processing of your future orders by enabling us to reach out to the right insurance company to determine your estimated out-of-pocket costs. You can update your primary, secondary, and tertiary insurance plans at any time on the t:connect portal under My Profile. Your current insurance plan details will be displayed, and you will be able to request changes by uploading your new insurance card(s). Our team will update the plan we have on file for you and process your next order using your new insurance.
