If you log into the mobile app and attempt to pair your pump, you may see this error if your pump is associated with a different e-mail address than the one you used to sign in with.
- Ensure that you are logging into the mobile app using your existing t:connect account credentials.
- If you are unsure of what email address your pump is associated with, you can click on the “Forgot Email” button from the sign in page
- If the issue persists, please attempt to upload your pump and link it to your account using the t:connect uploader on your computer. Once complete, try the pairing process on the mobile app again.
Note: If you experience any problems with the pairing process, please try repeating the process from the beginning, as that seems to resolve most issues.
