You can go to the t:connect portal and start the process without waiting for your email. If you do not see your update available in the portal, please wait for your email to arrive and try again at that time. We want to keep our Technical Support lines open for fellow pumpers who may be experiencing an interruption in insulin delivery and need device support.
Please note: If you start the update process through the portal now, your email will still be sent when your group of emails goes out. You can disregard that email if you’ve already started the process.
