The Tandem Source platform displays the warranty expiration date for any active Tandem Diabetes Care insulin pumps currently associated with your account within the “My Devices” page.
If your pump is out of warranty, you will see a red “Warranty Expired” message at the top of the page.
If your pump is in-warranty, you will see a green “Currently active” message at the top of the page. You can also view the specific date of your pump’s warranty expiration toward the bottom of the page.
When your pump warranty expires, you will no longer have access to replacement pumps and software updates. If your pump is out of warranty, please contact our renewals team at 858-736-0073.
