Using the app makes uploading your pump data to the t:connect web application easier than ever before. When your pump is paired with the t:connect mobile app, you are logged in to your t:connect account, and the app is open in the background, the app will securely and automatically upload your data into your t:connect account, typically once per hour, whenever your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or you allow cellular data usage.
How long does it take for the data to upload from the t:connect mobile app to the t:connect web application?
The time for ongoing wireless data uploads should be minimal. For faster mobile uploads, we recommend uploading the pump to the t:connect web application before using the mobile app for the first time, typically once per hour, when you are connected to Wi-Fi or you allow cellular data usage.
