How to Stop and Resume insulin delivery on your Tandem Mobi pump

You should stop insulin delivery whenever you are disconnected from your Tandem Mobi pump.

View and print the instructions for how to stop and resume insulin delivery. 

To stop insulin delivery:

  1. Tap Actions in the bottom menu bar
  2. Tap Stop insulin

  3. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to stop all insulin delivery. You will see a confirmation banner on your app that insulin delivery has been stopped.

When you are ready to resume insulin, such as when you are reconnecting your Tandem Mobi pump:

  1. Tap Actions
  2. Tap Resume Insulin

  3. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to resume all insulin delivery. You will see a confirmation banner on your app that insulin delivery has been resumed.
