How to check the software version of the Tandem Mobi pump

The Pump Info screen on the Tandem Mobi mobile app allows you to view details about your pump, such as your pump software version. Follow the steps below to view this information.

1. From the Navigation bar, tap Settings.

2. Tap Pump.

3. You will be asked to verify your identity

4. Tap Pump Info.
