Alert 11 appears when you start a bolus request but do not complete the request within 90 seconds.
To dismiss the alert, tap “OK” and the Bolus screen will appear. If necessary, continue with your bolus request, or exit the bolus screen.
This alert will remind you to complete a bolus if the intention was to deliver one, and to prevent an accidental bolus delivery from happening by touching the pump screen. It is always recommended that you lock your pump screen before putting it away to avoid accidental screen interactions. Tap the back arrow until you get to the home screen (or tap the T on right of the pump screen screen) before pressing the silver button on the top of the pump to lock the screen.
