Total Daily Insulin includes both basal and bolus insulin. If you don’t know your Total Daily Insulin, speak with your healthcare provider to get this value.
If you are already using a Tandem insulin pump, you can find your Total Daily Insulin in your Pump History. To get a good estimate of your average total daily insulin, you should select at least the 14-day average.
Access Pump History
1. From the Home screen, tap OPTIONS.
2. Tap the Down Arrow.
3. Tap History.
4. Tap Pump History.
5. Tap desired option.
6. Tap the Tandem logo to return to the Home screen.
