- From the Home screen, tap “Options.”
- Select “My Pump” from the menu.
- Using the Down Arrow if necessary, go to the bottom of the menu, and
Tap “Pump Info.”
- Your software version is displayed here.

Tandem handles issues such as loss of connection (on pump only) and the invalid transmitter (Alert 29) on pump only.
