Your pump encountered a condition that could potentially result in a loss of data.
To avoid losing any pump data, we recommend uploading the pump’s data to t:connect regularly. If the pump is paired with the t:connect mobile app, the pump’s data is automatically uploaded to the cloud once every hour.
How to Troubleshoot:
- Tap and check your Personal Profiles and pump settings to verify that they are accurate. If your Personal Profiles were affected or if you get this error more than once, please Contact Us for troubleshooting.
- View this article for more information on how to view Personal Profile settings.
- Note that this alert could potentially result in a loss of data from the pump’s history.
