A unique Update ID is needed to complete software updates with the Tandem Device Updater. After completing required training in the portal, your update ID will be emailed tothe email address we have on file after you have completed the required training through the t:connect portal. Please Note: Be sure to check your spam folder for the Update ID email and add the email sender below so you don’t miss future Update ID emails.

If you did not receive the Update ID email, log into the t:connect portal and complete your required pump update training, which you can find under the My Activities section. If you do not see any activities assigned, select the My Devices tab to request a software update for your t:slim X2 pump.
