If the Tandem Device Updater displays a ‘No update currently available’ message, this means that the pump connected to your computer is not registered for a software update.
- Verify that the Serial Number on your screen matches the Serial Number in the Update ID Email you received.
- If it does not match, log into the t:connect portal and request a software update for your current t:slim X2 pump.
- If you have not received an Update ID Email, please visit this article for more information.
- This may also happen if the Update ID you received has expired (after 60 days of Email receipt).
- If your Update ID has expired, please contact Customer Technical Support for a new Update ID.If you have already updated your pump, the Tandem Device Updater will display ‘No update currently available’.
- You can verify that your t:slim X2 pump has been updated by tapping Options > My Pump > Pump Info and viewing the t:slim Software version listed.
