If the Tandem Device Updater displays a ‘No update currently available’ message, this means that the pump connected to your computer is not registered for a software update.
- Verify that the Serial Number shown on the Tandem Device Updater screen matches the Serial Number displayed in your portal account under My Devices.
- If it does not match, log into the t:connect portal and request a software update for your current Tandem pump.
- If you have already updated your pump, the Tandem Device Updater will display ‘No update currently available’.
- You can verify that your Tandem pump has been updated by tapping Options > My Pump > Pump Info and viewing the pump Software version listed.
